Manasota Families lets you browse and search local businesses without an account. Location permission is requested only when you select Near me, and directory locations are remembered for your browser session, not included in page URLs.

Voice search

If you use voice search, your browser records audio from your microphone. In Chrome and Edge, that audio is sent to Google's speech service to be transcribed. The transcribed text is saved with your search request so we can find matches for you. You can always type instead.

Information you share

When you create an account, save places, request an introduction or use personalized matching, we process the account details and information you provide to deliver those services. Our search prompts invite you to describe your children, and the matching form can store a child's name, age and gender. That information is saved with your request and in your account records so matches can be tailored to your family. Please do not submit sensitive medical information.

Service providers

The companies below process information needed to operate their part of the service:

• Supabase hosts the site database and accounts.
• Stripe processes provider subscription payments.
• Resend sends transactional email, such as claim and introduction messages.
• Google provides Maps, Places business data and the speech transcription described above.
• Lovable hosts the application and collects platform analytics.
• An AI service processes the text of personalized searches to extract structured criteria.

Cookies and analytics

Google Maps and Google Fonts load on every page and may set their own cookies and receive your IP address when they load. Lovable collects platform analytics about page usage. We do not run advertising trackers.

Features not currently available

Nearby family discovery and parent-to-parent messaging exist in the product but are turned off. While they are off, no profile or location information is shared through them.

Your choices

You can browse without signing in, decline location permission, clear your session location, and type instead of using voice search. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion of your account information.
